It says New but also is categorized as Preowned/Used. Can you please clarify whether this item is new or used? Thank you so much. :)

@cortcasemia hey! this bag is new, I haven't used it since purchasing. I did take the store tags off of it though (the plastic is still on the metal hanging tag) - so I categorized it as "pre owned" just to make sure I was being honest! But physically this bag has never been used, just stored in a closet :)
