Yes I got this purse brand new and with tags 👍 I promise if you purchase it I will personally take it to the post office myself and make sure they scan it ❤️ It’s the last one I have so please let me know? jjsass @jess12213 It’s really difficult to measure because it would depend on how you wear it- I measured from one end of the strap to the other and it was 28 inches so maybe try comparing it with a purse you have at home to see where that would lay on you? There is also a picture on the listing of the bag being modeled on the shoulder of a mannequin ⬆️⬆️⬆️
