"The Vampire's Kiss" earrings

These lovely earrings are a Reposh item. They have however been altered from the original. Otherwise, they are exactly as they were when first purchased through another vendor here. The earrings are Victorian Style; the jackets are Sterling Silver Plated, even though they are stamped 925 on the back, which is the stamp for Sterling Silver. The "Red stone" is glass crystal; while it is not a genuine gemstone, it is clear and cut well. The ear wires, however, are what I added; they are genuine, 925 Sterling Silver, which I "patinaed" to match the jackets. They are not tarnished and can be polished to a silver finish if desired. The original ear wires were just stainless steel. I think the Sterling Silver ear wires make the earrings more dramatic than when I first purchased them.
