Measurements are as follows. •Waist: 12-12.5 inches MAX flat, no stretch material on this 80% wool, 20% blend polyester skirt Must have a 24 inch waist or smaller to fit comfortably. Approx XXS-XS •Hip: 17 inch flat, must have a 33.5 inch hip or smaller to fit into this lined skirt.
