The Vintage Shop Black Lace Sheer Dress

Great condition! Cute mock neck and ruffled bottom. Material is sheer on top with a solid liner on bottom. Note that the length is short! The liner just *barely* covers my bottom (I’m 5’ 8”) so this is a borderline shirt/dress.
