The perfect romper!

Great romper for going to work or wearing our for a night downtown! Stretchy waistline and breezy light fabric. Black with white dogs and pink/green stem flowers. I wore this twice and found it to be very comfortable. Very flattering. Waistband is elastic. 42 inches from waistline to floor. Inseam about 29. I wear and 4 or 6 sometimes and it fits me great.
