The print on this dress is amazing!

This dress is so much fun! Looks like a great party dress to me. Made in the USA by Rosebud. The waistband is elastic, the fabric has give. Approximate measurements: Low point on front neck line to high waist- 14”, front waistline to end of skirt- 17”, bottom of sleeve (armpit) width all the way around 38”, top of back to high waist 16.5”, high waist to bottom of back 21.5”
