Reposhing this item I purchased from @vintagepin. Loved it, but sadly I never wore it as it was too snug on me. The size tag says 12, but it fits more like an 8 or a 10. Gorgeous chocolate brown and floral "dancing pixies" pattern.

Is this a UK 12, US 8? What is the flat waist measurement?

@lovrofthearts Hi there, I just checked the Seamstress of Bloomsbury web site and yes I believe you are correct, it is a UK 12, US 8. The waist measurement is 14-1/2. It is a high waist, really more at the ribs (at least on me--I'm 5'9").
