Theory A-Line Mini Skirt in Polka Dot Velvet size 12

Never worn, new with tags. Velvet A-line mini skirt. Black with metallic silver dots. Side zipper with hook closure. Lined. I really wanted this skirt to work, but it runs about a size too small. I would say it fits more like a 10 even though it’s a 12. Would be adorable with black tights and boots for the fall and winter. I have a matching blazer I might sell if I can’t squeeze into it by the fall, so if anyone is interested, I’ll making a listing. Dry clean only. Waist - 17 inches Length - 18 inches Smoke-free home
