Theory Betty 2B Black Sleeveless Wool Shift Dress EUC

Reposhing this item I purchased from @ohhihilary. Loved it, but its too big for me! See the last photo for fit (sorry for the dirty mirror!! This is a stretchy body con dress that is super classic! I loved but doesn’t fit me in the chest (but fit my hips very well). I’m a 32B 27 waist 37 hips and should have done a 4. For reference I usually do small tops and size 6 bottoms. I think this would be great for someone who is a 34-36 a-c bra size. I wore this once and I think it was only worn a couple time prior too me. No real signs of wear still relatively new.
