Theory Black Skater Skirt fits like XS/S labeled M

Super cute black wool skater skirt by Theory. This appears to have been washed in the machine and shrunk - it’s wool, so the measurements say this is now more of an extra small or small. Slightly stretchy. Please review photos carefully. Waist approx 13.5” Length approx 19” We are a nonsmoking, pet friendly home. Items are stored away from animals and lint rolled prior to shipping, but please note, an occasional hair may slip by! I always use scent free detergent on items I wash.
