Theory Double-layer Tank dress with ponté skirt

Theory Double-later Tank dress with ponté skirt in black and white. There is a tiny moth hole at the waist and inside the black liner (you can’t see it). There is an elastic band 1 5/8” that connects the knit jersey liner to the ponté skirt. There are pockets! Skirt hits at knee. Great to wear under a sweater or with a long sleeved shirt!
