Theory dress, very Audrey Hepburn with high waisted black skirt attached to blue and white striped boat neck top. Top is stretchy and bottom is breezy and open. This dress is in practically new, off-the-rack condition. Would fit an xxs, xs, and s because it’s stretchy. Help me trim my closet down to the bare essentials!
