rocksteadystyle @tessara Please excuse the delay! Shoulder to shoulder is 20 inches and the waist is roughly 25 1/2 to 26 1/2 inches it has a tiny bit of stretch!

tessara @rocksteadystyle That's alright. Is the shoulder measurement seam to seam, not including the top of the sleeve? I usually wear a size 0 or 2 and the shoulders on my jackets are about 15" across.
