Theory Idalia navy silk cocktail dress

Chic Theory cocktail dress. Strapless with hidden side zipper. Adhesive strip along top which is great for keeping a strapless dress in place. Off white with navy splatter spot pattern and navy band under bust. 3 tiered at bottom which gives the dress great movement. Only worn once and sadly no longer fits me in the bust.
