Really versatile pencil skirt. Perfect for the office. Only recall wearing it a few times because it didn't fit, but in posting, I do notice signs of wear (perhaps from age/storage?). Example pic uploaded. I've decreased price on account of the marks.

springclean101 @camynami Thanks so much! That's so sweet of you! According to the Theory website currently, a size 0 in pants (no skirt info provided) has a 25-26" waist and a 34.5-35.5". I suppose sizing could've changed since I bought the skirt, but the top of the skirt is roughly 13ish inches. I'll upload a pic or two. I hope this is helpful. It doesn't fit me, so I wasn't sure how to best answer the question.
