Theory Size 4 Sleeveless Black Shirt Dress with Full Skirt

I bought this shirt dress at a Theory sample sale about 10 years ago. It is a shirt dress style with a full pleated skirt and side seam pockets. The bodice is also pleated front and back. It is in good preowned condition. There is slight discoloration under the arms, and what seems to be two missing belt loops in the front at the waist (photos 6 and 7, both spots are circled in yellow). I'm not sure what these were, the dress was like that when I bought it, but they are mainly covered by the belt. There used to be a fabric belt but I have misplaced it. I wore the dress mainly with an Anne Klein adjustable belt, which I will include with the dress.
