Theory belted skirt w/ pockets - GUC

This is one of my favorite Theory A-line skirts with two functional pockets! High waisted with gold elastic belt. Closure is one button hidden by the belt and another hidden inside. Very easy to put on once you do it one time. Size 0, fits true to size. The belt comes off easily so you can wear it without or with another belt of your choosing.
