This size two Theory Dress is super well made with quality fabric. The bodice has a subtle scale pattern that is so great for us Mermaids, when we have to be out of the water. It didn't fit anyone of us and that is too bad. Zipper is hard to work. Price reflects that. It should fit girls to about 14 slim. Waist and skirt part has a bit more stretch than the bodice.
