Theory midi dress in black. Cinched waist with exposed brown ribbon tie at back. Scoop neck in front and lower V neck in back. 3/4 length sleeve. About 40" from shoulder to hem. Stretchy, midweight fabric. 95% Rayon 5% Elastic. Great condition, just needs a dry clean or steam out for wrinkles from storage. Size small.

Would I be able to wear a wide waist belt over the ribbon or is the conch waist too bulky?

@jamiedellinger So sorry for the delay. I just took a look and you can certainly wear a belt over the cinch belt (should be at least 1.5 inch long - the cinching is about an inch long, but not terribly bulky). You could also remove the ribbon all together by carefully pulling the ribbon threading from the inside of the belt seam - this would really reduce the extra bulk from cinching. Hope this helps!
