labellalove @nakamura you have to wait foe the package to arrive. Then don't accept it. It will give you an option to contact customer service. They will ask you what happened in writing. I will confirm. They will issue a return label so you don't pay.

I had a purchase and it looks like it went near the location and went back to another city and was rerouted (losing precious time to get to that purchaser) for whatever reason and now it looks like it is going back to the city it was on its way to earlier? labellalove @nakamura you know, that has happened to me before. It has to do with distributions hubs and flights available. Not all airports have USPS hubs. But regardless of travel, 99% packages arrive within the 3 days of priority mail.

labellalove I would just communicate with the buyer that you are staying on top of the situation and are ready to pursue poshmark on their behalf if anything should get lost or futher delayed.

nakamura @labellalove This one has not arrived in that time frame. I am highly dissapointed and this is not the expectations I hold myself to even though this is out of my control. I did my due diligence but want to do what I need to do to ensure I can do everything I can. It has been traveling around for 5 days (18th and 19th) before they took the 20, 21, 22 and 23 out of the tracking information. Not happy. Doesn't that show on my ship ratings?

labellalove @nakamura nope. Fortunately it doesn't. It matters when the package is scanned by USPS..which sometimes doesnt happen for 48 hours. I would just communicate with purchaser.
