These Three Boutique Black & Blue dress

This dress is stunning! It fits like a true small. No stretch, but hugs all the right spots. I’m 5’6, 142lb & it was a great length in my arms. Zips up the back. A gorgeous bright blue with black detailing. No issues and only worn once.
