@virginia916 hello, I personally feel these are better suited to wear with a dress or under jeans for additional warmth when it’s cold. With that said, a friend of mine has some of these. She has worn them to the gym and said she likes them because they are comfortable and since they are thicker than normal leggings she sweats more (which is a plus to her.)
