eacrzhcr hi - - what is circumferance at the top. I am very petite - - 5'3" and 95 lbs, so I still worry they will fall down....the photo has the top looking wide, but hard to tell. Do you have any thoughts? I would love to bring some excitement to my wardrobe so trying to get good idea of fit. Thanks! Elizabeth
