Thin Strap Teal Slip Dress

Such a fun color but it's been hanging in my closet untouched for over 6 months because I have nowhere to wear it! Has strappy back detailing and a flattering a-line cut. Brand is Silence + Noise from Urban Outfitters. Great for petite girls and that's hard to find with urban! Material is thick and stretchy and dress has a liner. The straight neckline is very 90's.
