Thing 1 and parts for a Thing 2 costume. The second skirt has a blemish, see photo. This is a size is 14" from armpit to armpit, 12" waist. The waist in the back does have some elastic. This item, has hose, dress, second skirt, fascinator, and Thing 2 emblem that has velcro on the back side. Item has been in storage and no pets, or smoke.

@annapressly it says one size fits most. The measurements are in the description. According to some size charts it’s a 7/8. I hope that helps
