This adorable pastel blue mini dress is calling for a home!

The dress is from SHEIN, and is a size US 4 (small). It has never been worn, and still has its tag on it! The strings in the front are adjustable, and the back has a zipper. Its loose feel and comfortable fit is perfect for hot weather, but its coquette appearance is what makes it the perfect dress for going out.
