This is a Susan Graver design, three tier ruffle blouse

This blouse is sexy and flouncy. It is made of a flowy soft material which allows the ruffles three of them, to move and bounce with your movements. It is a scoop, neck, three-quarter length sleeve top. In colors of blue green cream and black. It is a gorgeous material. I think I’ve only worn this twice and it is in excellent condition.
