This has jewels at the neckline. The top is Black, soft fabric 90% polyester, 10% spandex, velvety like. The contrast ( the jewels are on) is 97% polyester & 3% spandex. It is made in the USA. It’s a fancy top paired with a dressy pair of pants & high heels, it’s a perfect outfit!
