This is a Tiffany and Co pink double heart tag pendant silver with a diamond.

This necklace does have a tiny knot on the left side while wearing but not noticeable at all, or you can attempt to remove yourself. One heart is pink, the other heart is silver while the silver heart has a diamond. Barely used almost new!
