This is a beautiful mini dress and brand new.

The material is flowy rayon, and cotton. It is sheer but has an underlay so it's not see through. It has adjustable cross-cross shoulder straps. It's a gorgeous dress. I'm too tiny for it. I weigh 105 and 5'1. I did not fill it out, sadly. You will love it.
