This is a cape

Very soft material. I do not know what type as there isn't a tag. There are no slits in the side for arms. There is a hood and a way to tie it up at the throat area. And no, you won't strangle yourself by the way it is tied. I never used it. I just bought it for a future event that never came. I would say this is for a taller and slimmer person. Maybe no larger than a 12. Otherwise it may be too tight. Don't want to use it as a cape? Then maybe just a throw.
