This is a long off-white dress from JC Penny and it’s comfortable on the inside

This dress has layers and a string around the waste that can be tied off to the side in the front or even in the back, it has a button in the front to get into easier, it can be worn to prom, I only ever wore it once, it was for an Easter event, it has sleeves that give an off the shoulder look and it’s really comfortable and super cute
