My answer to the Boho Style. This outfit is so fun to wear. It is very feminine......the blouse is unlined but could be worn open with a camisole. The skirt is lined with a gathered waist and measures 28" top to bottom. With the blouse buttoned it just covers the waist. Worn once.

@majjio I m sorry to be so late in getting back to you . I measured as u suggested n the tape measured 21 inches from the side seam across the fullest of the bust. My dress form measures 39.5 inches around but that is with the fabric stretched. The skirt is 28 inches from the waist to the hem.
