Hi is the top layer fabric in the neckline attached/sewed or glued? I like the shape of the dress and I'm asking because I will like to alter/remove that piece of fabric by a seamstress. Thank you!

@alcobu yea you can put your hand underneath it and all throughout it. It attaches in the back with the zipper so I can be altered. There is a seam on both the left and the right side that shapes the top/bust, and the flap does cover that seam just fyi.
