This is a white Formal Dress

This Dress was made by someone looks as if my be for communion or wedding. waist 22" shoulder to bottom of dress 34". I am going to say this dress is a 2 or 3. Maybe even 2T or 3T. Please check measurements. The outside is netting with all sequin's with satin belt. White satin flowers on top.
