@gordomom I was able to send photos. I don't remember what it was under but it said it there is a problem with your item please don not try to resolve it yourself. Surely they had to have notified the seller by now.

@kvibbert the whole bag is covered in mildew and all the hardware is green like the pic. I put it back in the box and taped it back up. Ewww!!!

Did u check yr spam folder in your email? They may have responded but it went to spam. The 8 days is a long time! @tammyla

@rajwilliams I just checked my spam. All I get is the automated reply about how busy they are and they will respond within 24-48 hours. It would be my luck that my second purchase on here is from a dishonest person.

@gordomom I just posted to poshs fb page. It seems they aren't responding to any problems and alot of people are unhappy. It's been 9 days for me. I just withdrew all my credits, hopefully I get them.

Wow they gave you a label? The seller actually wants the nasty bag back? When I had this issue I was refunded & told to do whatever I pleased with the item. At least they got back to ya! @tammyla

Guess what? It's my turn now. Bought two "new unused" MBMJ bags and one of them is all dirty inside. Maybe sold by Last Call with tags but that doesn't mean it's new. The other has a 1" pen mark and some spots/splotches on the outside. Wonder how long it will take...
