bellasbeauties @keg90 ,I'm not really sure , when I got mine I it was because I had bought a certain amount of items that cost ?$. So they are really free. I guess some people collect them , to do what with I'm not sure. I guess they could be for autographs . But that all I know. Just like all the VS bags people sell. Those to are a promotional item, so whe you spend a certain amount if money you also get them free as well. Then some turn around and sell them for some high price which I think is crazy seeing how they got them free as well. So I hope things in your life are going well .
