This top/dress be worn as long top with leggings/or as a short dress.No flaws

This top has no tags anywhere, so it doesn’t have a brand. I would estimate that it is a woman’s size Medium, i compared it with my other shirts. It is identical in the front and the back, it can be worn either way and it is exactly the same. It is a beautiful black and white print, on a shiny type of fabric. I would guess that it is Vintage, it was bought at a boutique type store. At the longest part of the dress, it is 35.5 Inches long. At the bottom widest part of the dress it is 22 inches, and it is 13 inches at the stretchy waist, so it can easily fit a size small-large i believe. Most definitely a medium. It is so pretty and has some light pleats in the skirt part of the top/dress. Makes you feel like you want to twirl.
