This set does not include any track pieces. The copyright on the box is 2009 / HIT Entertainment Limited. This model was a 2008 Toys "R" Us release. The box has some light to moderate shelf wear -- there is a small tear on the top of the box near the window above the locomotive, and there is some creasing and wear at the edges. The box is sealed at both ends. No batteries included. In the Thomas & Friends pre-CGI television series, Arthur the Big Tank Engine is a large maroon tank engine originating from the London, Midland and Scottish Railway (LMS) who runs the line to the Fishing Village.
