Hammered black tungsten carbide is paired with recycled skateboard in this unique wedding ring. Skateboarding originated in the USA during the late 1940s. It wasn't until the 70s and 80s that it started gaining mass appeal. The timber used for boards is often laminated plywood, consisting of many layers of hardwood sealed together. The skateboards used for this wedding band were reclaimed.
