Three Antique Chinese Silk Textiles (Framed)

These Antique Chinese Silk Textiles are from the Qing Dynasty period (1644-1911). These Chinese silk textiles are mounted and professionally framed. The silks are dyed in numerous colors and shades and the patterns were created using various techniques such as tapestry, brocading, embroidery and couching. One textile shows the symbols of the dragon and phoenix, highly revered symbols in Chinese culture. Another textile depicts an elephant, crane and mouse. The largest textile is a floral motif.
