Three Face Metropolitan Museum Of Art Imperial !!

Offered in this sale is a vintage Frosted Three Face covered biscuit jar that I believe was made by the Imperial Glass Company for the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The pattern is a copy of or "inspired by" one made by the Duncan and Miller Glass Company circa 1870s. It has an embossed MMA mark on the underside of the base which you can see illustrated in the 2nd image. It measures roughly 9 5/8" tall x 4 5/8" in diameter across the base and weighs more than 3.5 pounds. condition is excellent!!
