Rare Three Floor Sugar Dandy Dress in Lipstick Red/Bubblegum Pink Size 6 New with tags.. *PLEASE READ* this dress is new with tag WITH MANUFACTURER FLAWS.The fabric that makes up the pleated sides of skirt has blotches of discoloration in multiple spots on both sides. They look like watermark lines/darker blotches that happened in the manufacturing process. It is specifically only on the pleated chiffon fabric. I am not sure if it is just manufacturing residue that can wash out or if it is permanent. The pleating makes it less noticeable. Please see photos. Sold as is.
