Three Old Hammam Copper Bowls From Yemen - 1930s - 1950s

This is a set of exquisitely decorated Hammambowls. These bowls are used by bathers to pour water throughout North Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. This particular set was used in Yemen. The largest bowl is approximately 5" and the two smaller diameters are about 4" each. The metal is a copper material and this is dated mid 1900s. There are fine etched motifs on all three bowls. The condition is as show and shows the age and patina of items appropriate to their history. Wonderful conversation pieces.
