Three Stones Sapphire 14k gold filled ring

This is a trilogy ring with 3 white sapphire stones. Each stone is bezeled in 14k white gold filled settings. The design is simple. The sapphires are lab created. It is in like new excellent condition. Please note in the last picture I tried to capture a bit of a dent, it is very small, about .02mm. The ring is size 6. I’m a 6.5 or 7 so this ring is a bit snug on me. There are no hallmarks. It is vintage inspired.
