One chapter for each decade starting in the 1950's to the 1990's. A time capsule from the past with a lot of great recipes. Please look at the photos Book 3 - Sail Into Good Cooking by Parkway Senior SAIL center in Mobile Alabama. Published by Morris Press Cookbooks. Published 2009. Pages 78. Lots of recipes and colorful chapter cards. Plenty of recipes and history, like a time capsules. Both books are great for recipes and are a time capsule.
