Thrifted handmade white floral v cut dress

Thrifted handmade white floral v cut dress. Free size with ties. 14-18 probably best but waist untied is roughly 22-23” one side so 44-46” total can be tied down to any size. Im a 12-14 up top so this fits just fine a teeny bit big up top for me. Shoulders are 20ish across. Length is going to be roughly mid thigh depending on fit
