dragonfly_flash Ren #8 I try to get out of range of the reflective item, I have tons of Metallic and Sequined stuff so this is a constant bugaboo for me. I wear white if I actually want something really sparkly to reflect that.

shadow_wings 🔮 NOT advertising!! But if you go to the Home section in my closet, I have a vintage brass apple. Was sooo hard to photo that with minimal reflection...everything was showing up in the apple!! 🍎 I had to create a box with black sides to create a neutral reflection that could show without causing an issue. Same with jewelry - I surround the item with plain, dark sides. It also helps control the light coming in.

shadow_wings @ladyvictoria777 📷 Generally yellow background is lighting issue. Either light is too dim or light source needs to be re-positioned (can also brighten the filter on your camera). For smaller items, you can use a big white sheet of paper as a background. I use remove.bg online to remove a background then add a background on another app.

wildtimefashion @chromedlady this is a issue for me as older I got I went to bright white lights in main rooms of house and it causes color to be off so I use app or phone and move it to natural color before listing.

wildtimefashion @shadow_wings great ideas there is also the white boxes to do photo shoots in that are small items. And I have one along with lighting etc. i am not a great photographer and need to work better to get great pictures! Great info!

wildtimefashion @ladyvictoria777 I love PhotoRoom and use it often. I would recommend using a solid background color on white or ivory so the color is true. Dark black or hang dark enough away from wall board to get texture color difference. PhotoRoom will remove backgrounds quickly
