Tia Designs Cotton/Poly Blend Tropical Bird Embroidered Patch Blouse.

This blouse came from a local boutique here in the Sarasota Florida area. Crisp white cotton poly blend that is delicate wash/ hang dry, no bleach. The instructions are faded and hard to read but the size says small. To me it is more of a small/ medium top and looks great with jeans. No rips or stains.
